Orders are sent to production shortly after they are received.
Contact us immediately at SUPPORT@7KITS.COM when you need to:

Cancel an order.

Change the delivery address.

Change the selected size or color.

Correct customer information.
Include the order number and the exact requested change.
We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Once an order has entered production:

The product or design usually cannot be changed.

Cancellation might no longer be possible.

Address changes may not be possible.
Cancelling an order after it has shipped is not possible. The customer may instead follow the applicable returns procedure after receiving it.
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.
